ISRB LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD 

For lasting and impactful scientific contributions that have shaped regenerative biology research.

Please email to the nomination to email@isrbio.org by the end of day,  March 31st 2024. 

The awards will be announced at the EMBO meeting in Nice.

We also have an award for Rising Star here.

Nomination Criteria:

1. A single Nomination Letter, cosigned by two nominators, that speaks to the nominee’s scientific contributions, achievements, and impact on the field of regenerative biology.

Nomination letters should:

• explain why the nominee is deserving of a lifetime achievement award.
• reference up to five impactful publications and their scientific significance
• explain impact through their significant roles in mentorship, leadership, community service, outreach, and advocacy.

2. Nominee’s complete CV.

3. The nomination letter and CV should be sent as a single attachment to email@isrbio.org

4. The nominee should agree to give an award lecture at the autumn meeting of the ISRB if they are selected (expenses will be paid by the ISRB). This must be confirmed in the nomination letter.

Nominators must be ISRB members but nominees need not be ISRB members

Nominees need not have an active research program (can be retired/emeritus)

Self-nominations are not accepted

ISRB Board members may nominate a candidate but will not participate in voting if they do so
